Welcome to Unseen ("Unseen", "we", "our", or "us"). Unseen is a shared disposable camera application that allows users to create collaborative photo experiences and reveal memories together at a later time.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our application and related services. By using Unseen, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Unseen uses anonymous authentication by default and does not require users to create a traditional username and password account to participate.

• Photos captured using the Unseen camera.
• Film or event titles.
• Support requests and communications.
• Information voluntarily submitted to us.

• Anonymous user identifier.

• IP address when necessary for security purposes.

1.3 Camera Permission

Unseen requires camera access to allow users to capture photos inside the application. We do not access your camera unless you actively use the camera feature.

1.4 Storage Permission

Unseen may request access to your device storage or media library if you choose to save or download photos or albums.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Unseen service.
• Create and manage shared Films.
• Store and reveal photos at the appropriate time.
• Allow participants to access shared albums.
• Send notifications related to Film activity.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and unauthorized activity.
• Monitor application stability and performance.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Photo Storage and Visibility

Photos captured using Unseen are securely uploaded to cloud storage.

Before the configured reveal time:

• Photos remain hidden.
• Participants cannot view them.
• The Film host cannot view them.

After the reveal time, photos become accessible to authorized participants of that Film.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share information only under the following circumstances:

• With trusted infrastructure and service providers.
• To comply with applicable laws or legal requests.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of users.
• To investigate fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.

5. Third-Party Services

Unseen may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications. These providers may process information solely for the purpose of delivering their services.

Account deletion requests are handled according to our Account Deletion Policy.

9. Illegal and Harmful Content

Users may not upload or share content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Such content may be removed immediately and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
